By accessing, browsing, or using the Sayon Institute of Innovation ("SII", "the Platform") website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

SII is an educational Learning Management System designed exclusively for educational purposes. The platform facilitates course delivery, student management, academic assessments, and certification for enrolled students.

All content, courses, and materials provided through the platform are intended for educational enrichment and skill development only.

When using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during enrollment
• Use the platform only for its intended educational purpose
• Respect the intellectual property of course creators and other users
• Not attempt to disrupt, hack, or compromise platform security
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws

Student accounts are created upon enrollment approval by institute administrators. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorised access to your account
• Keeping your profile information accurate and up to date

SII is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

Certificates issued by SII are for educational purposes only. They acknowledge completion of courses offered through our platform.

• Certificates are not government-accredited or recognised as formal academic degrees or diplomas
• Each certificate contains a unique verification ID that can be validated through our platform
• Tampering with, forging, or misrepresenting certificates is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action
• Certificate data stored is limited to: certificateId, studentName, courseName, and dateIssued

All platform content, including but not limited to the website design, logos, software, text, graphics, and UI components, is the intellectual property of Sayon Institute of Innovationor its licensors.

Course materials and assignments uploaded by teachers or institute staff remain the property of the creating teacher or the institute. SII claims no ownership over user-generated content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.

You may not use the platform to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Submit false academic data, impersonate another user, or cheat on exams
• Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without permission
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users of the platform

Certain services, such as paid course enrollments or certificate issuance, may require payment. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be completed before accessing paid services
• Transaction receipts are sent to your registered email
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy

SII does not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Razorpay.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sayon Institute of Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Errors or inaccuracies in course content
• Unauthorised access to your account due to your negligence
• Actions of third-party services integrated with the platform

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We strive to maintain high availability of the platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
• Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice
• We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party service failures)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms of Service
• You engage in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law or regulation

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. You may request your personal data before termination by contacting our support team.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation: Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication.
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to mediation.
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration law.

The courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings.

SII reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.

We will notify users of significant changes through email or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
